Apex Legends Tier List

Welcome to the Apex player tier list. Apex is that game we’re all playing because Dota still sucks. No, I’m not stealing Gofu’s idea. This is a Medium blog. Totally different.

If you’re not on the list, I either don’t play with you much, or you’re bad. Or both. Probably both.

Actual Elite Tier

Bury — One of the only actual good FPS players, Bury combines solid aggression, decent tactics, and dumb loot luck with some very good clickin on heads. Definitely carries me more than anyone else. Only weakness is that he got the heirloom Wraith set, so he’s a giga-virgin now.

Tryhard Tier

Smack — Another solid, well-rounded player. While he’s not the best shooter around, Smack gets bonus points for good communication and teamplay, plus actually picking good Legends every game.

Treebeard — Resident t̶e̶a̶m̶ ̶p̶l̶a̶y̶e̶r̶ Lifeline spammer and grenade hoarder, can’t aim any gun that isn’t the r99/Carbine.

Bjorn — Bjorn is probably similar to Bury skill-wise, he just plays like an utter retard every game. Great for nonstop action and lots of kills, not great for actually winning.

Mason — Combine the retardation of Bjorn with the map awareness of Gachi and you got this guy. Very good at killing shit, even better at being a mile away from his teammates.

Gabe — Like Mason, but better map awareness and more gear hoarding. I have to intentionally lag behind before I drop my packages now, just so Gabe doesn’t steal my shit. Also, he occasionally picks Mirage.

Luke — Solid all-around player held back by his love of Pathfinder.

Trav2s — I can’t actually think of any particularly notable qualities, but I’ve won 3 games with him where Smack crashed so he’s definitely good.

Promising Tier

Torn — On one hand, I played a game with Torn where we murdered 17 players in 5 minutes. On the other, he was using a Scout the entire time. I think he’s good, I just haven’t played enough with him to confirm.

Aug— Pathfinder mains = 🚮

GSKW — Solid team player overall, but not particularly good at shooting people. Plays like a pussy.

Unironically Picks Caustic Tier

There are probably a couple other people I could add, but I can’t think of anything interesting to say about em. I’ll update the tier list somewhere down the line as I continue to play with more people.
